Blueberry Buckle Coffee Cake

Ok so this came out of my MOMYS cookbook!! It's absolutely delicious!! :)

4 C flour
1 1/2 C sugar (demera works great)
5 t baking powder
1 1/2 t salt
1/2 C butter
1 1/2 C Milk
2 eggs
4 C blueberries, fresh or thawed frozen ones.

Heat over to 375*. Grease 2 pie pans. Blend flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, butter milk and egg beat 30 seconds. Carefully stir in blueberries. Spread batter in pans; sprinkle with crumb topping. Bake 45-50 mins or until toothpick comes out clean. Drizzle with glaze, serve warm..

Crumb Topping
1 C sugar
2/3 C flour
1 t cinnamon
1/2 C butter
Mix until crumbly.

1/2 C powdered sugar
1/4 t vanilla
1 1/2 to 2 t hot water
Mix until smooth.
