Fall Decorating...

Some Autumn is one of my favorite seasons!! I love to decorate, cook, bake and enjoy the crisp air. I love being where I get to fully enjoy 4 beautiful seasons.




The leaves are colored and falling here. Reminds me that winter is coming.







Autumn Fires

In the other gardens
And all up the vale,
From the autumn bonfires
See the smoke trail!
Pleasant summer over
And all the summer flowers,
The red fire blazes,
The grey smoke towers.
Sing a song of seasons!
Something bright in all!
Flowers in the summer,
Fires in the fall!




Here's some outside decor.. Aren't these guys sooo cute... I paid $5.00 each for them at an Amish Auction, What fun we had that day!







In school today, we created a family prayer tree. We put everyone who is special to us on the tree and will pray through-out the month of November for each person on the tree.









Below is a shot of my kitchen cabinet, Love my kids! I want them to feel how special to me they are everyday. I thank God for them every night and every morning that I wake up.

Hubby was in an accident....

Proverbs 31 11 Her husband has full confidence in her and lacks nothing of value. 12 She brings him good, not harm, all the days of her life. The blaring ring of the phone woke me on Tuesday morning... 7:15am... I knew as soon as I looked at the clock, something was wrong. No one calls here that early.. I quickly peel a child out of my arms and trying to not wake her, before the phone does. She had a restless night. "hello" in a whisper.. as I was still in my bedroom. Walking out of my room, I hear my darling hubbys nervous voice, "I was in an accident" Me, "Are you ok"... Him, "yes" Me" do you need me to come?" Him, "no, I'll call you" He explained what happened. His company truck was pretty messed up, and the air bags went off. He said he had some airbag burn, felt ok, just stressed. Trusting God..to not nag!

Proverbs 21:  19 Better to live in a desert than with a quarrelsome and nagging wife This was me, for a few months now. You see after we left our old church my husband was hurt, I mean hurt beyond any hurt. And luckily we were welcomed in by friends of ours at another church that really helped us heal. These people were awesome, and supportive. However that church is a full 50 + miles from our home. And the drive was getting to my darling hubby. But *I* said, we have to go.. we MUST be in church, little quips and little things said here and there, and what would my lovely husband do, he would go to appease me. Don't get me wrong, my hubby loves church and loves the people, but it was stressing to him. Hubby works an hour away during the week, and travels then. Then Saturday comes and we're rush to do this, that, and the other thing..
